Fish should be cleaned well and cut into big pieces for Curry.
Care should be taken not to stir the curry often while cooking to avoid breaking of the pieces.
Fish curry tastes better if cooked atleast a minimum of eight hours in advance of serving.

Bindi Fry with Grounded Dal Powder
Channa dal powdered along with a few red chillies and salt can act as a good Taste enriching agent for dry curries like bindi fry.
Once you are done with cooking of your bindy fry curry... sprinkle this dal powder over and slightly mix and simmer for about 2 mins.
This will give enrich the taste of your curry. Kids will love it.
